We take great care in curating items that are both vibrant and high in quality, and we always hope that you love what you receive. However, we completely understand that sometimes things may not turn out exactly as expected.

To support you in those rare instances, we’ve created a clear and thoughtful return and exchange policy. We’ve designed it with your convenience in mind, while also maintaining the quality standards we hold ourselves to.

1. If Your Order Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

We sincerely apologize if you've received an item that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered. While such cases are rare, we are fully committed to making things right for you.

Here's what to do:

Kindly contact us at barrettebliss@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Please include your order number, along with clear photos of the issue and a brief unboxing video showing the condition of the item upon arrival.
Once we’ve reviewed and approved the issue, we will offer either a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

Important notes:

  • All return requests must be made via email only. We’re unable to process return requests through WhatsApp, social media, or phone calls.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • A ₹150 processing and handling fee per item will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • We kindly ask that the item be returned in unused, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. If You’re Not Satisfied with the Product

We truly hope that your purchase brings you joy. However, if you feel that the product isn’t quite what you expected — perhaps the look, feel, or design doesn’t match your preferences — we completely understand and are here to assist you.

Return conditions:

  • Please write to us at barrettebliss@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. The item will need to be sent back to us at your own shipping cost.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding the processing fee).

Please note:

  • A ₹150 deduction per item will apply as a return handling and processing fee.
  • This return option is available only for non-sale (full-priced) items.
  • The returned product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.

3. Items Purchased on Sale or During Promotions

Products that are purchased during sales, promotions, or as part of clearance offers are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing sale items.

4. Understanding Color Variations

We do our best to ensure that the product images on our website accurately reflect the actual colors of our items. However, due to different phone or computer screen settings and lighting during photography, a slight variation of 10–15% in color is considered normal.

These differences are natural and do not qualify as a product defect. We kindly ask for your understanding in such cases, and we recommend reading product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

5. Size-Related Issues

a. If the Incorrect Size Was Sent:

If you received a different size than what you ordered, we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange for the correct size — free of additional item charges and subject to availability.

b. If the Correct Size Was Sent:

If the size delivered matches the one you ordered but the fit isn't quite right, we unfortunately cannot offer a return. We recommend referring to our size guide before placing an order to ensure a better fit.

c. Dress Category Specific:

For items in our dress category, returns are not accepted. However, we can facilitate an exchange for the same product value if the request is raised within 48 hours and the item is in unused condition.

Exchange costs include:

  • ₹150 for reverse pickup from your address
  • ₹150 for delivery of the new item
  • Any additional amount (if selecting a higher-value item) must be paid in advance

6. Products with Handwork, Beads, or Sequins

We love the charm that embroidery, sequins, and hand embellishments bring to our pieces. However, such delicate designs may occasionally experience slight shedding or bead fall — especially during handling or transit. This is not considered a defect.

In many cases, a local tailor can adjust or secure these elements if needed. We kindly request that you consider this before requesting a return or replacement for such minor concerns.

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at barrettebliss@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and attach clear photos (and an unboxing video in case of damage/defect).

Our team will guide you through the rest of the process and keep you updated at every step.

8. Our Warehouse & Returns Address

For your convenience, please return the product to the address from which it was originally shipped. This ensures faster processing of your return and exchange request. If you are unsure of the return address, feel free to contact our support team, and we will guide you through the process.
